In 2011, the Centre will be engaging selected Safety Groups, organized by the WSIB, as possible pathways for the dissemination of our research. The Safety Groups are employer groups, made up of large, medium and small companies, that encourage sector-specific groups of employers to come together to initiate safety policies and procedures. They are treated as a unit for WSIB safety-related rebates and have a number of elements that relate to MSD-prevention and ergonomics.
